Binge Eating: How to Control Them:

 

-Drink plenty of water throughout the day and afterwards. Maintain body moisture.
-If you go out to eat somewhere, eat in one place first.
-Set meal times. Do not keep putting something in your mouth from time to time.
-Don’t open food packets received as gifts during festivals, eat little at a time.
– Take any three food items in your plate.
-Finally have a freshly prepared sweet or dessert.

Alcohol: Avoid or drink fruit juice:

-If you want to drink, drink only after eating.
-Be sure to drink a glass of water between two drinks.

3. Avoid eating sweets in the market.
4. Regular exercise should not be skipped even during festivals.
5. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
6. Drink fresh homemade juice, lemonade, salty lassi, buttermilk, cucumber or fruit juice or coconut water.
7. Adequate sleep of 8 hours should be taken.

Detox your body by:

1- Drink lemon in lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning or soak mint in water at night. Drink this water throughout the day.
2-Drink fresh homemade juice, lemonade, salty lassi, buttermilk, cucumber or fruit juice throughout the day.
3-Do not overeat. Drink only liquids. You can have khichdi or dal, but don’t eat pulses.
4-Eat vegetable and fruit salad. If you don’t like raw vegetables or fruits, make juice, soup or smoothie and drink it.
5-Don’t take dairy products like milk, cheese. Take ginger and turmeric water. Eat fruits at regular intervals.
6-Drink detox water. To make them, soak chopped mint, cucumber and lemon in water overnight. Drink this water little by little on the next day.
